Benefits

A win for your counter - and your customers

SQ Manager turns the queue from a hassle into a head start for clinics, bank branches and government service counters. Easier for you to run, nicer for them to wait in.

For your business

Cut operating costs, make smarter decisions, and keep every branch under one roof.

  • A light start

Run the system on most general Android devices - an Android box, a spare tablet, or the operator's own phone. No dedicated server hardware, no monthly subscriptions.

  • Ready when you are

Install the app, scan the QR code, add your services - and your system is good to go.

  • Data that helps you decide

Summary and transaction reports highlight peak hours, slow services, and trends so you can act with confidence.

  • Always there for you

Foreground services and auto-start mean the system wakes itself up after a power cut or OS update.

  • Grows with you

From one kiosk in a small clinic to branches across multiple cities * separate companies, departments, and roles, no extra cost.

For your customers

Make waiting shorter, more transparent, and less stressful - so people feel valued from the moment they arrive.

  • Shorter waits

Helps reduce wait time so customers spend less time on your premises.

  • Fair, transparent queues

Clear ticket numbers and audible calls mean nobody gets skipped or missed.

  • Freedom to move, not stand in line

After taking a ticket, customers can sit, browse their phone, or visit the counter - without losing their place.

  • Live status on screen

Queue displays show the current, next, and waiting tickets so everyone knows whose turn it is.

  • A modern experience

Self-service ticket kiosks and large-screen displays build trust. Even a basic Android tablet or TV box is enough to look professional.

How it works

From install to first ticket in minutes on Android

1

Install on Android

Install SQ Manager on a phone or tablet. The app itself becomes your queue server and admin console.

2

Open the dashboard

Scan the QR code on screen from any device, or share the link with your team. Staff don\'t need to install anything.

3

Set up your branches

Add companies, departments, services, workstations, displays, and kiosks to match your workflow.

4

Start serving customers

Issue tickets, call numbers, announce them, display live status, and export reports - all from one place.

System flow

How a single ticket moves through the system

Follow one numbered ticket from the moment a customer takes it until it appears on the waiting-room TV. Each station does one clear job.

    Status updates live

  1. 01

    Kiosk accepts request

Customer taps the kiosk. The SQ Manager server running on the kiosk immediately accepts the request and registers the ticket in the right department queue.

  2. 02

    Server generates ticket

The server generates a queue number, department code, and timestamp - all in real time. No manual entry, no human error.

  3. 03

    Printer prints ticket

The server pushes the ticket data to the thermal printer over Wi-Fi or LAN using its IP address. The printer outputs the paper ticket in under a second for the customer to take.

  4. 04

    Operator calls next

The operator opens the dashboard on the workstation - usually an Android tablet in the same network - and taps "Next". The server announces the ticket by voice, hides the old one, and pulls the next ticket to the front of the line.

  5. 05

    Displays update live

Every TV in the waiting area updates over WebSocket at the same instant. Customers see the current ticket, the next one, and how many are waiting - nobody misses their turn.
