About SQ Manager
SQ Manager is an Android-first queue and ticket system built for the way counters actually work - walk-ins at the kiosk, fast-issue receipts on a thermal printer, live numbers on the waiting-room TV, and one Android tablet keeping the line moving.
Who builds it
SQ Manager is designed, developed and supported by DNA Expert Solution (company registration 003567418-H), a small independent software company. We are a tight team with a long history of building software for clinics, government service counters, banks and F&B operators.
Our name says what we focus on: the deep, careful work of translating a real-world counter workflow into a digital system that the front-desk team will actually use. We do not chase feature lists; we ship the smallest set of buttons that lets your staff move the line.
What we believe
- The device you already own should be enough. No dedicated server box, no proprietary kiosk hardware, no per-seat licence.
- Data should stay where the counter is. Queue data, ticket data, customer feedback - all of it lives on the phone or tablet in your waiting room. We do not relay it through a cloud service.
- Bilingual is the default, not an upsell. Every ticket, every display and every screen can be English or Bahasa Malaysia. The region is bilingual, and your customers should not be the ones to discover that your system is not.
